Shipping Policy:

We want to inform you that we now ship using Priority Plus as our standard shipping method. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on location and customs clearance.

  • Our shipping schedule has been updated as follows: Orders placed until Monday 12:00 PM will be shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed from Monday 12:00 PM to Thursday 12:00 PM will be shipped on Friday.

  • While we prioritize your shipments, please understand that delivery times can range from 4 days to 10-14 days depending on the destination and any potential delays at customs.

  • We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but it is important to note that Switzerland's postal services are expensive. -You are not even paying full price on shipping, we pay the other half-.

  • For international orders, additional customs fees and taxes may apply.

  • Customers are responsible for any import taxes or fees imposed by their country.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided to allow for monitoring of shipment progress.

  • Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as packages being checked by customs or strikes by post offices, may cause delivery delays. These situations are beyond our control.

Return Policy:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.

  • Contact our customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Shipping and payment method commissions will be deducted from the refund. We are very sorry, we know this is stupid, but we have to pay the credit card or PayPal services also in case of refunds.

  • A 5% restocking fee covers packaging and return transportation.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or refused products and are advised to use a trackable service or to make sure the refused package returns with tracking.

  • A valid tracking number must be provided for smooth return processing.

  • Refused returns not meeting conditions or authorization will be shipped back to the customer without a refund.

  2. Warranty Limitations: a) This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized alterations or repairs, improper installation, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Tactic Vans.

b) Tactic Vans reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product defect or damage is covered under warranty. We may request relevant documentation, such as proof of purchase, to assess warranty claims.

  1. Warranty Remedies: a) In the event of a covered defect or damage within the warranty period, Tactic Vans will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit, or issue a refund for the purchase price paid by the Customer.

b) Tactic Vans reserves the right to use equivalent or upgraded components or products in the repair or replacement process, subject to availability.

  1. Exclusions and Disclaimers: a) Except as expressly stated in this warranty, Tactic Vans makes no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

b) To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tactic Vans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

  1. Future Warranty Adjustments: a) While our products are designed and built to last beyond the warranty period, Tactic Vans may revise or adjust its warranty policies in the future based on various factors, including market conditions, product performance, and operational considerations.

b) Any changes to the warranty policies will be communicated to customers through our official website or other appropriate means. Such changes will apply only to products purchased after the effective date of the revised warranty.

By using or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this warranty disclaimer, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. This warranty disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between Tactic Vans and the Customer, superseding any prior discussions, negotiations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
